ACHF Ambulance Service

About ACHF Ambulance Service

ACHF ambulance service set out to design a medical transportation system to meet the emergency and non-emergency transportation needs of our community and provide win-win solutions to local hospitals needing to get patients moved in and out of their facilities without placing an undue financial burden on the facilities or on the patients being served. To do that we began partnering with facilities to determine their needs based on patient conditions and then offered the most appropriate modes of transportation.

Our formula for success included hiring the best EMS professionals in the industry, offering a safe and friendly work environment, a competitive salary and benefits package, state-of-the-art equipment and a promise from the owner and management team to include all employees in the decision-making processes and profits of the company. Our vision to provide excellence in patient aware & care and customer service continues to play a vital part in every decision we make.

ACHF Ambulance Service

Inter-facility Transfers

When most people think of "ambulance service" they think of sirens, flashing red lights and a life-threatening situation. In reality a large portion of what we do includes providing pre-scheduled basic life support and advanced life support ambulance transportation of patients between hospitals and other healthcare facilities. These trips, commonly referred to as "inter-facility Transfers" are an important part of delivering world class healthcare to a community. ACHF Ambulance Service is currently contracted with facilities throughout the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh to provide interfaculty transfers. The Aware & Care Helping Foundation provides a single call source for hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities needing to make inter-facility transfer arrangements. An inter-facility transfer can be an emergency or non-emergency in nature and can be a transfer across town or to a facility out of state.

Basic Life Support Ambulance

ACHF Basic Life Support care requires medical monitoring by a licensed EMT-Intermediate and may include monitoring vital signs, oxygen and IV therapy. The BLS Ambulance is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including an automatic external defibrillator, blood pressure monitoring equipment, pulse oximetry and oxygen delivery devices.

Advance Life Support Ambulance

ACHF Advanced Life Support care requires medical monitoring and care by a licensed EMT-Paramedic and may include monitoring vital signs, advanced drug therapy, cardiac monitoring, oxygen and IV therapy. The ALS Ambulance is equipped with state-of-the-art heart and blood pressure monitoring equipment, pulse oximetry, IV pumps, oxygen delivery devices including a CPAP and advanced medications used to treat a variety of illnesses and provide pain relief.

“Providing Excellence in Patient Aware & Care and Customer Service”

Non-Emergency Transportation

“Passenger, Wheelchair and Non-Ambulance Stretcher Van or ECO Service”

An important link in the delivery of healthcare, wellness and rehabilitation is a patient’s ability to get to their appointments on time. ACHF realizes that all patients do not require an ambulance to get where they need to go for medical evaluation, physical therapy and rehabilitation but some patients do have a level of mental, physical or medical limitation that requires assistance by passenger van, wheelchair or stretcher. ACHF N.E.T. services are an excellent financial alternative to patients whose condition does not meet the definition of "medical necessity" for an ambulance but who do require assistance in getting to their appointments. We offer non-emergent transportation by passenger van or ECO, wheelchair and non-ambulance stretcher van or ECO to patients through our contract customers. We also provide specialized Behavioural Health Transportation.

Non-Emergency transfers can be arranged for across town or out of state trips.
